Parents and Citizens Association
The P&C plays a vital role in helping with the education of our students. In addition to various fundraising enterprises, the P&C takes an active interest in school affairs and educational developments which are of interest to all parents and children. It’s also a good way to meet other parents. The P&C operates the canteen and welcomes volunteers to assist. If you can assist in this capacity please contact the Canteen supervisor or complete the Canteen Volunteers form.
Notice of meetings is given in the school calendar. Meetings are held at the school and commence at 7.30pm. Meetings are usually held in weeks 3 and 7 of each term and the Annual General Meeting is held in week 7 term 1.

All parents are urged to become active members of this association.
The P&C Association provides parents with the opportunity to expand their child’s home library by conducting a Book Club on a regular basis throughout the year. Brochures are forwarded home with each child detailing the books available and the price.
School banking is conducted by the P&C Association every Thursday. Students may only bring deposits on the banking day and place their deposit book in the banking bag in their class canteen basket. The banking coordinator will process the deposits from the canteen and deposit books will be returned to the student via the banking bag in the canteen basket at lunch time. Forms to participate in school banking are available from the Office.
